Sunset Grill started as a beat-up BBQ drum on Mambobeach back in 2018. Marco and his brother Ricardo had one gas canister, a cooler full of ribs, and an idea: Caribbean flavors don't need a dining room.

Seven years later, the truck is bigger, the menu is longer, and the line is still just as long on Friday nights.
